* Shipping is provided priority mail by USPS or UPS Please allow sufficient time due to delivery outlets being extremely backed up. Thank You for your patience.
* NATURALEE4U will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen please contact the USPS Postal Inspector at 1-877-876-2455 (option 3)
* Due to the nature of some of our products being time and/or temperature sensitive and not containing preservatives, any perishable items ordered and shipped to the location on your invoice and not received due to a non deliverable or incorrect address information or not picked up from a P.O. Box and product is thus spoiled or returned to Naturalee4u spoiled will not receive a refund.

Local delivery is available in the Memphis, TN and surrounding areas after the 3-4 day fresh preparation wait for a minimal charge
* Fee of $7 on orders with a Memphis, TN address ($25+ minimum order subtotal)
* Fee of $13 on orders in the following surrounding areas ONLY ($25 minimum order subtotal):

* FREE delivery on orders over $100 with a Memphis, TN address ONLY
Simply add the delivery truck to your cart that applies to your order. The delivery truck must be in your cart to receive delivery
LOCAL (MID-SOUTH AREA) PICKUP:
Customers in the MID-SOUTH area can pick up orders on Saturday ONLY. We are located in Memphis,TN. Due to the high volume of Memphis customers we are thankful to have, there will be a designated pickup to continue getting your orders in Memphis FREE!!! NO SHIPPING OR DELIVERY FEE !!! There is a Memphis,TN pickup location. On Saturday I will be at the Starbucks in Memphis located at 3027 Covington Pike Memphis,TN near Stage Rd. & Covington Pike and We do offer shipping & delivery if you can't get to the Saturday pickup (Note: sometimes delivery is quicker & cheaper than the shipping depending on your order)
* Place your order by Wednesday 11:59 p.m. to be added to the Saturday pickup list.
*Use the discount code PICKUP and all shipping fees will be removed from your order.
*You will be emailed on Friday a time for pickup on Saturday.
*THERE ARE NO SAME DAY PICKUPS.
